Owner Dave Kinney has over 20 years of hands on experience working in OEM automotive, recreational vehicle manufacturing and large production facilities.  His previous roles of Formulation Chemist, Lead Developer of Advanced Coatings, Lead Manufacturing Engineer of Coatings and Operations Manager of Coatings gives him the ability to understand your problems, solve and then implement solutions to your coating concerns and needs. His expertise with the chemistry of coatings and advanced application techniques and processes allows him to give your company the best possible results.

His hands-on approach to manufacturing ensures your product gets the attention to detail that it needs.  He is driven and passionate about bringing new ideas and technologies to his customers.
